NEMI: interior design project

An eclectic project that takes its inspiration from and reflects certain Milanese characteristics, such
as the colors that recall the Sixties, seamlessly blended with a number of various and international ideas.

A complete renovation project in terms of Interior Design, without having to change the existing building structure, revolutionizing all the interiors, including the common areas, the rooms and the lobby. A truly modern environment open to new generations.

The objective was to create an environment that conveys authenticity, warmth and a sense of local belonging. Inspiration was taken from the Milanese neighborhood that surrounds the hotel, paying homage to its traditions, its modernity and its spirit. Every detail is designed to surprise and draw in guests and at the same time make them feel at home.

The Nemi Hotel has 49 rooms and suites distributed over four floors; for each one a specific project has been studied following the philosophy of the project, fostering functionality with eclectic style.

The creation of a welcoming atmosphere is achieved through the discreet and refined color palettes, as well as the study of light, integrated into the Interior Design project aimed at enhancing materials, furnishings and details.

In the interiors, Panzeri lights were chosen for their ability to create warm and welcoming atmospheres thanks to the use of dimmable LED light sources.

The lighting is designed to showcase the materials and ensure maximum visual comfort in every room. Natural light has been optimized through the use of large glass surfaces and adjustable screens to reduce energy consumption.
