I Fenicotteri Residence Porto Cervo: interior design project

Federico Spagnulo and his team has realized in 2009 the conversion of I Fenicotteri in Porto Cervo from resorts to aparthotel. An important project of interior design in luxury hotel on the Costa Smeralda, one of the most exclusive area of the Mediterranean coast.

The property, a private company in real estate investments, asked Federico Spagnulo and his team a complete transformation of the original building, previously used as resort, into a luxurious residential complex called I Fenicotteri.

The study of the surrounding landscape considers an interior design with large and bright spaces characterized by the intrinsic elegance of the total white, overlapped by natural wood and sand-colored fabrics. All expertly matches in an elegant and sophisticated effect.
